Jason Smith and myself are the co-founders of P4P; we started the company in 2007 in order to help moving companies transition to changing customer needs.
Prior to my P4P adventure, I was first with a global logistics firm, where I was responsible for transitioning mainframe applications to the web; this was in the ’90s. From there I’d gone on to manage the technology for a moving lead generation start-up. This was my introduction to the moving industry, and from then on, I was hooked!
With P4P, I serve as the CTO, and enjoy the magic of taking problems and turning them into solutions. Over the years, we have developed many great modules, and successfully bringing them together to create a single offering, has been remarkable. To date, this has been the most complex system I’ve worked on, and I’m really looking forward to seeing what is around the corner for P4P.
When I’m not working, I can usually be found in the garden. It’s a great place to watch things grow and flourish, and I also find it a stimulating environment in which to think about work!
I spend as much time as possible with my family. My wife and I are both football fans: I’ve been a 49er fan since the ’80s, while my wife has been a bronco supporter, for almost as long.
